ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - An Albuquerque hot dog vendor is in hot water accused of attacking a rival dog dealer.

Eric Kilmer is charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon - the weapon, his hot dog cart.

A criminal complaint says things boiled over Tuesday outside the Metro Courthouse.

Kilmer allegedly ran over another vendor's legs and feet with his cart.

No one knows why they were feuding and Kilmer could get three years in prison.
