Former parole officer to enter guilty plea

ALBUQUERQUE (RKQE) - The former supervisor of Farmington’s probation and parole office is facing mandatory time in federal prison following a plea agreement with prosecutors.
Larry Franco, 57, is expected to plead guilty to one count of receiving child pornography.
He claims he had the porn so he would know what to look for when he checked the computers of sex offenders.
Franco resigned after his arrest.
