ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A former guard at the Metro Detention Center and a current security officer at CNM is out of jail Sunday morning after he was arrested for allegedly assaulting his wife.
Toryn Terrell is charged with aggravated assault on a household member and child abuse.
According to the criminal complaint, the two were arguing over a cell phone in the Winrock Mall parking lot when Terrell came at her with the car.
Three children were inside the car at the time.
Police say the fight continued to the couple's home where it got physical.
The criminal complaint says he's in the process of applying to the Rio Rancho Police Department.
