ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The family of a cook that was fatally shot at an Albuquerque Denny’s , is now suing.
Cops say Stephanie Anderson was shot to death when three bandits stormed into the Denny’s at Coors and Iliff three years ago
One of the suspects dropped his gun it went off.
The bullet then struck and killed her.
The victim's family is claiming the company did not have working security cameras and failed to take action when the manager of the restaurant was robbed at gunpoint a week earlier.
