ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The man who scammed investors out of millions of dollars in the biggest Ponzi scheme in New Mexico history is supposed to turn himself in Friday.
Doug Vaughan was sentenced to 12 years in Federal Prison on Wednesday.
Vaughan took a plea deal and admitted that he bilked 600 investors in at least eight states out of $75,000,000.
