LAS CRUCES (KRQE) - A 75-year-old Alamogordo man is charged with threatening a car salesman with a gun.
John Healy was arrested on Tuesday after Las Cruces police found him behind the wheel of a minivan at the Borman Autoplex car dealership.
Detectives say Healy was trying to collect money owed to him by the salesman. When the salesman went out to the car, he noticed Healy had a gun pointed in his direction.
A Borman spokesperson said the transaction was personal and had nothing to do with the car business.
Healy is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
