ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Investigators say it appears a man found dead after a cross-country pursuit in Torrance County Monday killed himself.
A witness saw Winston Dorian II, 21, and another man in an SUV crashing through fences on a ranch about 20 miles south of Interstate 40.
When they rolled the vehicle, the witness saw them get out and run in opposite directions.
Dorian was later found dead miles from the SUV.
Investigators say he had self-inflicted wounds but didn't want to elaborate until the Office of the Medical Investigator releases its official findings.
Dorian is from Albuquerque, and his family told investigators he was having mental health issues.
Investigators are still trying to figure out who the other man is and where he is now.
