Cuba cops nab wanted fugitive

CUBA, N.M. (KRQE) - Cuba police say they've caught a dangerous man on the run.
Investigators say Dominic Burks fled police in his car Tuesday afternoon. He then crashed and ran into the forest near Cuba.
Police said Burks had an ax.
He also has a warrant out for his arrest from New Mexico State Police, and investigators described Burks as having a death wish and not wanting to go back to jail.
He was arrested early Wednesday morning.
