ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - An Albuquerque mother has been arrested after she was found passed out in her car with her babies aboard.
On Sunday police found Sabina Montoya, 30, stopped in the middle of Rosemont Street NW with the lights still on and the engine running.
Officers found Montoya passed out in the driver's seat and two infants in the back of the car.
Montoya blew above the legal limit on a Breathalyzer test, according to police.
She's charged with two counts of child abuse.
