TIJERAS, N.M. (KRQE) - Firefighters responding to a call in Albuquerque's East Mountains Friday morning discovered a body after putting out a shed fire.

Little information is currently available as the Bernalillo County sheriff's and fire departments are in the early stages of their investigations.

Aerial video from KRQE Sky News 13 showed the burned-out hulk of a truck in the debris.

The report of the fire on Fisher Lane in Tijeras came in about 10:30 a.m.

The county dispatched extra fire units to the heavily wooded area to provide additional water and to keep flames from spreading into the forest, Bernalillo County Fire Department spokesman Larry Gallegos told KRQE News 13.

News 13 will update this developing story as additional information comes in.
