ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The FBI has named an Albuquerque man as their suspect in the holdup earlier this week of a U.S. Bank branch in the city.

Jay Patrick Mount, 34, is accused of using a note Monday afternoon  to demand money from a teller at the bank in the 1400 block of Carlisle Boulevard NE.

He got away with an undisclosed about of cash as may be driving a blue 2004 Dodge Neon with New Mexico license plate. MNH-120, according to the FBI.

Mount is about 5 feet 10 inches tall with a medium build, brown eyes and brown hair.  The FBI said his hair was shaved at the time of the robbery and that he's possibly wearing glasses.

The FBI said Mount is considered to be dangerous and should not be approached.  Anyone with information about his whereabouts can contact local law enforcement or call Albuquerque Metro Crime Stoppers anonymously at 843-STOP (843-7867) or the Albuquerque FBI office at it's 24-hour line at (505) 889-1300.

The FBI may pay a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to Mount's arrest and conviction.
