Accused man shoots at pizza delivery guy

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A shooting suspect was arrested this weekend in Carlsbad after police say he opened fire on the pizza guy.
Neighbors say Steven Cooper was acting strangely all night Saturday and they could smell marijuana coming from his apartment.
Then when the pizza guy came to his door they say he fired off between 3 and 5 rounds and then threatened a neighbor who came out to see what was going on.
While no one was hit, one bullet did go through a neighbor’s door where a 1-month-old and her mother were.
Police say cooper told them he thought he was shooting at the devil and god told him to do it.
