FARMINGTON, N.M. (KRQE) - Two people who police say beat up a Farmington teen, stole his shoes and ran him over with their car, have been arrested.
Jefferson Frank, 28, and Sterling Benally, 26, face charges in the attack in the Walmart parking lot on Main Street Sunday night.
Police believe Frank was driving the vehicle that sent 18-year-old Jacob Ensminjer airborne.
Prior to that, police say Frank and Benally attacked Ensminjer and stole his shoes and when they were arrested, police say the suspects were laughing about it.
Both face several charges.
The victim was treated and released from the hospital
