Lab staff donates mound of turkeys

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Thanksgiving is now just two days away, so employees at Sandia National Laboratories are helping out with in a huge way.

On Tuesday lab employees dropped off several hundred turkeys at the Roadrunner Food Bank .

This is all part of their Take a Turkey to Work Day.

The donation will help ensure that everyone gets to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday.
