ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Thursday is your last day to join a class-action lawsuit that's all about electronics and was filed by a woman here in New Mexico.

Anyone who bought any kind of an LCD flat screen not directly from the manufacturer between 1999 and 2006 may be eligible for a share of the cash settlement because 10 companies have agreed to pay out more than $1 billion.

They're accused of overcharging people who bought flat-screen monitors, TVs and laptops.

Potential payouts range to $100 and more.

An online form to confirm eligibility and join the "LCD lawsuit settlement" can be found through KRQE.com News Links .

The deadline to apply is midnight Dec. 6.
