ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - An Albuquerque butcher has advanced to the second round of a national meat cutting challenge.

Cesar Cisnerous-Villegas, who hand cuts all the steaks for Texas Roadhouse, has advanced to the quarter-finals of the Texas Roadhouse National Meat Cutting Challenge.

He will take part in the next round Tuesday, on an ice rink in Tampa Florida during a timed "cut-off."

If he wins, he will compete the grand prize of $20,000 and the Meat Cutter of the Year title.
