ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Residents will have the chance to help everyone still suffering from superstorm Sandy Friday at Chick-fil-A on Paseo Del Norte.
Fifteen percent of everything customers spend there will go to people on the east coast.
People can also donate toiletries, clothes, jackets, blankets, pillows and more.
It's a great way to help some people who really need and it was all started by Alonzo Soto, an Eagle Scout in Albuquerque.
”I want to see peoples lives being put back together i want to see them you know happy again and get going with their lives instead of being hurt with all the devastation,’ Soto said.
Alonzo and the other Boy Scouts will be at the Chick-fil-A from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday.
