THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES... * UNTIL 600 PM MDT * AT 400 PM MDT...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED FLASH FLOODING FROM A THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WARNED AREA. * LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO ELEPHANT BUTTE AND CUCHILLO AND CABALLO. STATE ROAD 187 IS EXPERIENCING SEVERE FLOODING AND IS UNDER WATER AT THIS TIME EAR MILE MARKER 30.
