THE STORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN WERE NEARLY STATIONARY. RADAR ESTIMATES OVER 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS A WIDESPREAD AREA. FLASH FLOODING MAY BE OCCURRING ALONG PAJARITO CREEK AND CUERVO CREEK. HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE ALONG INTERSTATE 40 BETWEEN CUERVO AND NEWKIRK. LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE... MONTOYA... NEWKIRK... CUERVO...
