AT 919 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO INDICATE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN NEAR CUERVO... NEWKIRK...AS WELL AS ABOUT 16 MILES SOUTHEAST OF SANTA ROSA. THE STORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN WERE NEARLY STATIONARY. RADAR ESTIMATES OVER 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS A WIDESPREAD AREA. FLASH FLOODING MAY BE OCCURRING ALONG PAJARITO CREEK AND CUERVO CREEK. HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE ALONG INTERSTATE 40 BETWEEN CUERVO AND NEWKIRK. LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
