ALBUQUERQUE (KASA) - The Santa Fe School of Cooking was voted "one of the top 3 things to do in Santa Fe" by TripAdvisor and OK Magazine. Nikki is joined by Nicole Curtis Ammerman, Manager and Director of the school, and Chef Tracy Ritter, who is the school's Culinary Director, to make Six Spiced Pork Tenderloin, Chipotle Whipped Sweet Potatoes, and Red Chile Chimichurri sauce.
