ALBUQUERQUE (KASA) - Chef Ka-ainoa Ravey, from Buffalo Thunder Resort and Casino's Red Sage Restaurant, joins Nikki to talk about how he uses his Hawaiian influences to add a twist to the Native, European, and Latin cuisines on the menu at Red Sage. He also creates his Bloody Mary Shrimp Cocktail with a sweet strawberry and celery infused vodka cocktail sauce.
