Original nonalcoholic recipe appears in Preggatinis™: Mixology for the Mom-To-Be by Natalie Bovis, The Liquid Muse

3 slices jalapeno

½ ounce lime juice

½ ounce raspberry liqueur

1 ½ ounces tequila

1 ½ ounces guava juice

ground chili rim (red chili, kosher salt, red chili flakes mixed together)

Rim a martini glass with the chili rim by rubbing it with half a lime to moisten, then dip it into the rimming mixture.  Set aside.  Muddle jalapeno with lime juice in the bottom of a mixing glass or cocktail shaker.  Add guava juice and tequila.  Shake hard then double strain into the rimmed martini glass.  Drizzle raspberry liqueur into the drink allowing it to settle on the bottom, resulting in a layered effect.
