KASA - Creamy Green Chile Sauce
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup garlic chopped
3 cups chopped green chile
1/2 gallon of milk
Sauté the garlic and onions in the butter until tender then add the flour to make a roux.
Add the milk and green chile and micro plane the nutmeg in as well.
Bring to a boil to thicken reduce heat to a simmer for about 30 minutes until the flour taste has cooked out.
