ALBUQUERQUE (KASA) - Nikki is joined by Executive Chef Juan Bochenski from Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi, who brings along several dishes that will be featured during Santa Fe Restaurant Week. First is a simple salad with friese lettuce, tomatoes, mozzarella, jicama, and asparagus with citrus garlic dressing. He also displays a smoked potato soup, chicken breast with ravioli and plantain puree, and Oaxaca cheese empanadas.
