KASA - Grilled Roasted Poblano & Goat Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast Served with Sweet Potato Hash, Corn Cream Sauce and Asparagus.

 -Chicken Breast

-Diced tomatoes

-Goat cheese(cherre)

-Sweet potato diced-

-minced garlic-

-yellow onion-

-Fresh thyme-

-Sweet corn

-Heavy cream

-Asparagus

 Pre-Grilled chicken breast and pull off. Stuff with roasted poblano peppers, garlic, and goat cheese. Bake for about 6-8 minutes or until done.

  Hash: Sauté onion, garlic and sweet potato, add goat cheese and thyme, salt and pepper to taste.

Sauce: In Sauce pan add onion,garlic and shacked corn to sauté, Stain sauce to smooth add salt & pepper to taste.
