Cooking with Kids "Pumpkin Potato Latkes"

ALBUQUERQUE (KASA) - Cooking with kids motivates elementary school students to learn their way around a kitchen and make healthy food choices. Joining Nikki today are David Sundberg, Chef at the Blue Corn Cafe and Junior Chefs, fifth grader Mercedes Torres and second grader Samantha Torres, who both attend Cesar Chavez Community School in Santa Fe. They make delicious Pumpkin Potato Latkes with homemade applesauce.
