KASA - Pork Chops with Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients
4 Pork Chops, approximately ¾ inch thick
Amazing Taste Pork Seasoning
6 Slices of Pineapple, approximately ½ inch thick (fresh or canned)
1 Jalapeno, halved lengthwise, seeds and veins removed
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp cilantro, rinsed and chopped

Directions for Pork Chops

Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with Amazing Taste Pork seasoning (coating evenly).
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Grill pork until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145° F, approximately 4-5 minutes per side. Remove chops from grill and let rest 5 minutes.

Directions for Pineapple Salsa

While pork chops are cooking grill pineapple and jalapeno lightly on each side.
Dice pineapple and jalapeño.
Combine pineapple, jalapeno, cilantro and lime juice in a bowl.
Serve with pork chops.

Grilling tip- Once grill is heated, oil the grill using a towel and tongs.
