ALBUQUERQUE (KASA) - Nikki is joined by Bien Shur's Chef de Cuisine Marc Quinones, who recently participated in and won the 20th Annual Souper Bowl, a fundraiser by the Roadrunner Food Bank, which ended up raising $60,000 to help feed hungry New Mexicans. March creates his winning recipe: White Chocolate Bisque with Red Chile Crema, and Toasted Hazelnut Crumble.
