KASA - All Natural Roasted Chicken

1 Bone in Chicken Thigh

1 Bone in Chicken Leg

1 Bone in Chicken Breast

Basmati Rice 2 Cups

Red Leaf Lettuce 2 hearts

4oz’s Baby Squash

Chicken Marinade:

1 cup extra virgin olive oil

½ cup red wine vinegar

1 fresh orange juiced

1tbsp fresh crushed garlic

Salt & Pepper to tase

6oz Harissa Pepper Paste

For Basmati Rice

2 cups rice

4 cups water 

Bring water to a boil, add rice, cover and reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes. 

Marinate chicken for at least 4 hours. Sear in Pan skin side down with no oil as oil from marinade will suffice. Flip chicken over after 4 minutes and place in 350 degree oven for 13 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. 

To Plate

Spoon rice onto your favorite plate and arrange chicken around the rice. Dress red leaf lettuce with the dressing of your choice and place between chicken and rice. Sauté baby squash in butter, garlic and shallot and decorate your plate with these beautiful squash..
