ALBUQUERQUE(KASA) - One of the 18 restaurants participating in ABQ Restaurant Week is Prairie Star Restaurant and Wine Bar at Santa Ana Golf Club. Food and Beverage Director Shane Clark and Chef Chris Olsen join Nikki to make their signature Duck Salad and talk about how you can treat yourself to a three course meal for $30.
