ABQ Restaurant Week: Zinc Wine Bar and Bistro

ALBUQUERQUE(KASA) - One of the 18 restaurants participating in ABQ Restaurant Week is Zinc Wine Bar and Bistro. Executive Chef and Managing Partner Chris Pope is joining Nikki to make a Talus Wind Lamb Loin with house made potato gnocchi and winter vegetable melange. He also talks about their participation in Restaurant Week with a special $30 per person tasting menu all week for dinner, which includes a choice of 4 appetizers, 4 entrees and 2 desserts.
