Cooking with Kids: Turquoise Trail Elementary makes Spinach Fettucine

ALBUQUERQUE (KASA) - Nikki and Kristen introduce Food Educator Amelia Youssefi and Cafeteria Manager Lucy King, as well as the Cooking with Kids students from Turquoise Trail Elementary School in Santa Fe.  The kids learn how to make "Green Fettucine," and then share their recipe with the rest of the school in the cafeteria.
