ALBUQUERQUE (KASA) - The Rio Grande Valley chapter of the Blue Star Moms are preparing to pack up hundreds of holiday care packages filled with the flavors of home to send to troops serving overseas. The moms still need donations. Chapter President Kathy Frazier joins Nikki and Kristen with the details.
