FOX - Freddie Prinze Jr. became one of the youngest executive producers in television history when he served as star, co-creator and writer on the self-titled sitcom “Freddie.”
Prinze has loaned his voice talents to the animated features “Happily N’Ever After” alongside Sigourney Weaver and Sarah Michelle Gellar; “Delgo” with Val Kilmer, Anne Bancroft and Chris Kattan; and “Shark Bait.” He has also voiced such television shows as “Kim Possible: A Sitch in Time” and “Robot Chicken.”
His live-action feature film credits include “Brooklyn Rules,” “Scooby Doo” and “Scooby Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed” opposite Sarah Michelle Gellar and Matthew Lillard. Other film credits include “Down to You,” “Boys and Girls,” “Summer Catch,” “Shooting Gallery,” “No Heroics,” “Jack and Jill vs. the World”, “Head Over Heels” and “She’s All That.” He also appeared as a notable guest star on “Boston Legal” and “Friends.”
After finishing high school, Prinze left his hometown of Albuquerque and moved to Los Angeles to focus on acting. He made his feature film debut in “To Gillian on Her 37th Birthday,” and then went on to star in “The House of Yes” and “I Know What You Did Last Summer.”
Prinze resides in Los Angeles with his wife, Sarah Michelle Gellar.
